TeamAI assists. People decide.

Operators first.

Auxerion is built by people who have run the kind of work it makes software for. Engineering that holds up under load, creative direction for products used at scale, operations across very different industries, and the commercial work of getting them adopted.

Troy Dunniway
Troy DunniwayFounder & Chief Executive Officer

Troy founded Auxerion and leads product, architecture and technology across the three products and the shared platform beneath them. Three decades of building and running global studios and product teams sit behind the way the company works, including organizations grown to 250 people and teams coordinated across more than 25 countries. He started the company because the operational software he needed never existed.

Full background

The executive team.

A small group, deliberately. Each has spent a career in environments where handoffs fail loudly, where the work continues long after launch, and where a tool that adds steps gets abandoned. That is the problem Auxerion exists to solve.

Don Goddard
Don GoddardChief Technology Officer

Don has spent more than thirty years building the layer other software runs on. He has designed and engineered over a dozen engines and platforms across console, desktop and mobile, and has been a technical founder or C-level leader at several companies, including ones that reached an exit. Much of his simulation work has been for military, medical and educational programs, where a system has to behave predictably and account for what it did. He has run engineering groups of more than a hundred people and two-person founding teams, and carried products from first idea through production to launch.

Terrence Hicks
Terrence HicksCreative Director

Terrence decides how a product looks and how it feels to use, and has done it for more than two decades across desktop, mobile and web. His range covers the whole creative lifecycle: early exploration, the production pipelines that keep a large team moving, and the long stretch of running a product once people depend on it every day. He has led multi-disciplinary teams of more than a hundred across several countries, and co-founded a studio of his own. He works best where design, engineering and user experience all have to agree.

Matthew Veves
Matthew VevesOperations Director

Matt works on how organizations actually run. He spent over a decade as an associate partner at a global management consultancy, and has held operating roles across software, interactive entertainment and heavy industry, covering operations, finance, research and analytics. That range is the point. Auxerion builds for three industries at once, so the work of translating between them, and of keeping the company's own operations coordinated, sits with him.

Klas Charles-Harris
Klas Charles-HarrisExecutive Vice President, Sales

Klas leads the commercial side of Auxerion. He works on growth, and on the fit between what the company builds and what each industry it serves actually needs. He develops the partnerships that carry the products into new markets, and keeps the commercial conversation close enough to the product work that both stay honest.

The MOOSE team.

MOOSE is shaped by the way a urology practice actually runs. That grounding comes from the clinic floor rather than from a whiteboard.

Dr. Weiwei Xu
Dr. Weiwei Xu, MDUrologist

Dr. Xu is a urologist in Castro Valley, California, affiliated with Eden Medical Center, St. Rose Hospital and San Leandro Surgery Center. She took her medical degree at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and has been in practice for more than twenty years, with expertise that includes kidney removal surgery. The daily operational reality of a working practice, the referrals, authorizations, results and follow-ups that have to close, is what MOOSE is designed around.
